Money Manager PRO — Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Money Manager PRO ("the App", "we") is a personal finance and crypto portfolio tracker. This Privacy Policy describes what data the App handles, how, and why.

Plain English summary: the App is local-first. Your financial data lives on your device. The only data that ever leaves your device is public blockchain addresses you choose to track, sent to public blockchain APIs to fetch balances. We don't operate user accounts, don't run analytics, don't collect crash reports, and don't sell or share data with advertisers.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

iOS-native crash logs (managed by your device, not us) are recorded

The App requires no login. There is no user account to create or password to remember.

2. Data Stored Locally On Your Device

The following is stored only on your device, inside the App's sandboxed storage container (encrypted at rest by iOS):

language preference, notification preferences

Your app passcode (if you set one) is stored in the iOS Keychain with kSecAttrAccessibleWhenUnlockedThisDeviceOnly, meaning it never leaves the device and is only accessible while the device is unlocked.

Deleting the App from your device deletes all of this data permanently.

3. iCloud Sync (Optional, On By Default)

If you are signed into iCloud and have iCloud enabled for the App in iOS Settings, your transactions, accounts, and categories sync between your devices using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.

you**. We have no access to it. the App has any way to see what's in your CloudKit container. for details on how Apple handles iCloud data.

You can stop iCloud sync any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Money Manager PRO.

4. Cryptocurrency Wallet Tracking

If you choose to add a tracked wallet by pasting a public blockchain address, the App sends that public address through our request proxy (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) to fetch live balances and DeFi positions.

Specifically:

TronGrid (Tron), CoinGecko (token prices) no device identifier, no other addresses, no transaction history for any service that uses Cloudflare). Logs are short-lived and not joined to user accounts (we don't operate user accounts)

Token price queries (CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance) and foreign-exchange rate queries (frankfurter.app / European Central Bank) contain no personal identifiers or wallet information — only the ticker symbols.

5. App Attest (Anti-Abuse)

When you make a request through our proxy, the App sends an anonymous attestation token issued by Apple's App Attest service. This proves that the request came from a real installation of our App (not a script), and lets us rate-limit abuse.

The token contains:

you or your Apple ID) The token contains no personal data.

6. Notifications (Optional, Off By Default)

If you grant the App permission to send notifications, they are generated and delivered locally on your device (Apple's UNUserNotificationCenter). The App does not run a notification server. We do not see when, why, or whether you receive a notification.

You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Money Manager PRO.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App in a way that concerns you, contact us.

8. International Data Transfer

designated for your iCloud account (see Apple's policy linked above). network — the request is typically served by the nearest available data center.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, the same rules apply — no personal data is collected, so there are no data subjects rights requests to fulfill beyond the controls you have in iOS Settings and inside the App.

9. Your Rights and Choices

This deletes all locally-stored data on that device. Manage Storage → Money Manager PRO → Delete Data. (If you skip this step, the data stays in your iCloud account and will reappear if you reinstall the App on a device signed into the same Apple ID. This is intentional — it's how cross-device sync works.) iCloud → toggle off (data stays on device only, lost if you reinstall)

There is no "delete account" step because we do not operate user accounts.

10. Data Retention

We hold no servers with your data, so we retain none. Apple retains iCloud backups under their own policies. Cloudflare retains short-lived request logs for abuse-prevention purposes as described in their service policies.

11. Security

spoofing and abuse rest by iOS accessibility level available (WhenUnlockedThisDeviceOnly)
